Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operational processes and systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
• Design and implement process improvements, lean methodologies, and best practice solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans for operational transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and support client teams in adopting new operational procedures.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented operational changes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role focused on operations.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to analyse complex operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel across Scotland to client sites as required.
