About the Role

Our client is actively recruiting a dedicated Management Consultant specializing in operational improvement for their Edinburgh office. This role focuses on helping clients enhance their efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation to achieve significant cost savings and performance gains. As part of a dynamic team, you will engage directly with clients, analyse their operational workflows, and implement practical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Design and deploy new operational models to improve workflow and productivity.
• Manage implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Train client staff on new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to analyse complex operational data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
