Our client, a prestigious management consultancy, is seeking a highly capable Management Consultant to join their Organisational Design practice in Oxford . This role focuses on helping clients reshape their structures, processes, and cultures to achieve strategic objectives and enhance performance. You will work with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges, design optimal operating models, and implement effective change management strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagements focused on organisational design, operating model definition, and change management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client organisational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Develop tailored organisational blueprints and strategic workforce plans.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to gather input and build consensus on design choices.
- Support the implementation of new organisational structures and associated change management initiatives.
- Develop communication and engagement plans to ensure successful adoption of new models.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or organisational development.
- Proven expertise in organisational design, operating model development, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to complex organisational issues.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with HR transformation and workforce planning is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
