Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments of client operations to identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Lead client teams in change management initiatives, ensuring sustainable improvements.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track progress and demonstrate value.
- Collaborate closely with clients to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to client stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance improvement consulting , operations management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in delivering significant operational improvements for clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
