You will work closely with client teams to diagnose performance gaps, design targeted improvement initiatives, and support their implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client operational data and processes to identify key drivers of performance.
- Develop data-backed recommendations for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
- Create implementation plans for performance improvement initiatives and manage their execution.
- Work collaboratively with client staff to embed new practices and ensure sustainable change.
- Track and report on the impact of implemented solutions against key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for technology adoption to further enhance business performance.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or a performance improvement role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in performance metrics analysis and reporting.
- Experience with methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a hybrid setting .
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
