Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar strategic advisory role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operational excellence, and change management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working within the Scottish market is advantageous.
