Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client strategies and operational frameworks to identify areas of misalignment and opportunity.
• Develop strategic recommendations that are practical and executable through improved operations.
• Design and implement process improvements, supply chain optimisation, and performance management systems.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops to define strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Support clients in change management activities associated with strategy and operational shifts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy and/or operations.
• Proven ability to analyse business problems, develop strategic insights, and propose operational solutions.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency techniques and strategic planning frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients in manufacturing, technology, or service industries.
