Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term visioning.
• Define and implement performance management frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Advise clients on organizational design and effectiveness to support strategic goals.
• Conduct performance diagnostics and identify opportunities for operational and strategic enhancement.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with senior leadership teams.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and track their progress towards desired outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy development, or performance management roles.
• Proven ability to develop and articulate clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance measurement and data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and performance improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
