You will work collaboratively with client teams to diagnose issues, design solutions, and facilitate change. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of consulting projects, from initial diagnosis to final implementation.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Develop practical recommendations for process enhancement, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support senior consultants in client meetings and workshops.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a consulting, analytical, or project management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
