Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes, operations, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop clear and concise strategic recommendations, including action plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for client review and internal use.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and project teams using virtual communication and collaboration platforms.
• Support senior consultants in managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and the development of new service offerings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a consulting, analytical, or business improvement role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting ideas virtually.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant business or quantitative field.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
