Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in delivering consulting projects across strategy, operations, and organizational design.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking to identify client opportunities.
• Develop project documentation, including findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to client teams and project stakeholders.
• Assist in fostering strong client relationships and identifying potential areas for further engagement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related analytical field.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or analytical discipline.
