Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in project delivery, including data gathering, analysis, and client interaction.
• Develop financial models and quantitative analyses to support strategic recommendations.
• Prepare client presentations and reports, clearly articulating findings and proposed solutions.
• Assist in the identification of client needs and the development of proposals for new engagements.
• Collaborate with client teams to facilitate change management and ensure effective solution adoption.
• Contribute to internal firm initiatives, such as knowledge management and practice development.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
