Manager Primary after school club

Are you a passionate childcare professional looking for a leadership role within a welcoming primary school?

We are seeking a Childcare Co-Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy and engaging wraparound care provision at a primary school in Swinton. Working alongside the current manager, you will help deliver high-quality breakfast, after-school and holiday club provision, ensuring children enjoy a safe, stimulating and fun environment.

Working Hours:

Core hours: 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday Potential for additional morning hours Opportunities to work during school holidays

The Role

Co-manage the wraparound care provision Lead engaging activities that promote learning through play Support, motivate and guide childcare staff Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and childcare standards are maintained Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff

Requirements

Relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with primary-aged children Strong organisational and communication skills A commitment to providing outstanding childcare This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and play a key role in the continued development of a successful childcare provision.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
