Manager

Experience and Requirements

• 5-8+ years’ experience within a management or IT consulting environment
• Degree educated (STEM discipline preferred)
• Understanding of corporate IT infrastructure , ideally across:
• International corporate networks
• End‑user compute within corporate environments
• Data centre infrastructure (server, storage, virtualisation)
• Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Big data, visualisation and analytics

Understanding of (and ideally, experience of) creating and delivering enterprise software solutions for clients:

Software delivery lifecycle

Different delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile)

Rigorous testing (functional, technical)

Leadership experience as a team leader or project manager

Experience as a client lead or consulting lead under senior sponsorship

Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle from business case and initiation through to transition and benefits realisation

Strong written and analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
