Managing Director Public Sector

Location: London, Greater London
Salary: up to £200,000

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director - Public Sector to lead the development and growth of major government accounts, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive significant new business opportunities.

This is a high-impact senior leadership position focused on business development, strategic account management, client relationships and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Public Sector background, a proven commercial track record and the ability to operate credibly with senior government and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities as a Managing Director

• Lead the development and growth of key Public Sector accounts.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with senior government and client executives.
• Identify, develop and convert high-value new business opportunities.
• Develop compelling account strategies to drive growth across existing and new clients.
• Lead complex proposals, bids and business development opportunities.
• Manage client investments and project portfolios to achieve commercial objectives.
• Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, risk management and profitability.
• Lead and develop high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Build a strong network and profile across the Public Sector.
• Provide senior leadership across complex consulting engagements and strategic client relationships.

• Significant Public Sector consulting / professional services experience.
