You will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical infrastructure project from start to finish on a highways project.DutiesLead and manage all commercial aspects of the projectOversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and managementEnsure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts.Provide strategic input on risk management and value engineering.Collaborate closely with project teams.Person SpecificationProven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally on HighwaysStrong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.Salary is up to 73,000 + allowance + pkg.If you have experience as a MQS on Highways projects please apply to hear more.
