TONG Global in London is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Senior Activation Manager to lead a substantial portion of our activation work for luxury brands, reporting to Managing Partners. You will manage an international team, oversee P&L, and drive client success across brand strategy, paid media, influencer collaborations and PR.

You bring 5+ years in marketing/digital agencies, strong Chinese market knowledge, and a track record of building high-performing teams.
