You'll be trusted to set and run manual lathes to tight tolerances, with your accuracy relied on every single shift. Setting and operating manual lathes safely to manufacture components Working from drawings, standard operating procedures and process control documents Meeting production schedules and agreed timescales Supporting continuous improvement of quality, products and procedures Sharing experience, knowledge and best practice with colleagues Raising tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly As a Manual Turner, your experience will include:
