Tangerine Group is a UK-based leader in animal health and nutrition, seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing & Engineering to drive strategic manufacturing and asset care. The role requires hands-on leadership, to deliver safety, quality and operational excellence across our facilities.

You will set the manufacturing and engineering strategy, oversee TPM/RCM/CI initiatives and manage capital investment programmes, ensuring a high performing, compliant operation aligned with growth plans.
