Job Description
The Manufacturing & Quality Lead will take ownership of the systems, processes and quality standards that underpin successful manufacturing scale-up. Supporting both product development and production activities, you will help establish the foundations for reliable and repeatable manufacturing.
The Manufacturing & Quality Lead will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing quality systems, process controls and manufacturing procedures.
Establishing quality standards, validation approaches and performance metrics.
Leading root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
Maintaining manufacturing and quality documentation, including SOPs and process records.
Supporting the transfer of new materials and processes into controlled manufacturing environments.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, consistency and manufacturing readiness.
The Manufacturing & Quality Lead will have:
A degree, or equivalent experience, in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience within quality, manufacturing, process development or production environments.
Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Strong understanding of process control, validation and manufacturing documentation.
Experience leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
