Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless product realization.
• Specify, select, and oversee the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control (SPC).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
