Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and experience with process simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with automation and robotics is a plus.
