Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze existing production methods to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, on new product introductions and process changes.
• Manage equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles.
