About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyze existing production methods to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, on new product introductions and process changes.
- Manage equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles.
