We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join a prestigious luxury automotive brand in Daventry . The Opportunity:
Due to ongoing growth, they are expanding their team and seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. You will contribute to developing manufacturing processes, revolutionising vehicle assembly in a low-volume environment, supporting new model launches, and engineering changes. Your role will include enhancing Project Management, Safety, Quality, Cost Management, and Product Delivery.

- Design Reviews
- PFMEA
- DFMEA
- BOM Management
- Assembly sequencing, Process & Procedure Documentation, and Product Traceability methodology
- MES System – Vehicle Build & Control
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for automotive components, emphasizing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver all program aspects from inception to production.
- Define and deliver operational best practices aligned with brand standards.
- Meet project milestones and support program objectives.
- Create detailed project plans and timelines for vehicle restoration.
- Analyze and improve existing production processes for cost reduction and productivity gains.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials and parts.
- Work with quality control teams to implement inspections at various production stages.
- Support prototype build phases and activities like Virtual Build and Manpower Planning.
