Manufacturing Engineering Lead, NPI & Process

Artifex Interior Systems Limited seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to organise, manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team to support operations and ensure new product launches are delivered with equipment and process readiness.

You will oversee NPI delivery, provide engineering support across launch and change management, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multi-skilled team to meet quality, cost and delivery targets while promoting health & safety across the site.
