Manufacturing Finance Leader | Partner to Site Director

SF Partners is seeking a Head of Finance for a major manufacturing site in Castle Bromwich. You will partner with the Site Director, influence commercial and operational decisions, and lead the finance function with a clear view of performance.

You will develop the finance team, maintain strong controls, and ensure high-quality reporting and analysis to support investment, budgeting, forecasting and cash management across the site.
