Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all production, planning, logistics, and quality assurance functions across multiple sites.

• Lead and mentor a team of senior operations managers and department heads.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production operations and driving significant improvements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
