Our client seeks a skilled Manufacturing Operations Engineer to join their team in Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements in production processes, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Support the implementation and integration of new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations or production engineering role.
• Proven experience with process improvement methodologies, such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and data analysis tools.
