Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager or in a similar senior production role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
• Experience with production planning software and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
