Job Description
Manufacturing Operative
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with good all-round practical knowledge.
* Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting and carrying out a variety of hands-on tasks.
* Experience using machinery, tools and production equipment would be beneficial.
* The role will include working with CNC machinery, although previous CNC experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing work to a high standard.
* Able to follow work instructions, drawings and processes accurately.
* Reliable, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good approach to health & safety and maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
* A practical, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
* Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse environments would be advantageous
