About the Role

Our client requires a dedicated Manufacturing Operative to join their production team in Stoke-on-Trent . This hands-on role involves operating various machinery, assisting with assembly, and ensuring the smooth running of the production line. You will be a key member of the team, contributing directly to the creation of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills within a factory setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assembly tasks according to product specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks on machinery and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Ensure the work area is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished goods.

Requirements
