Abstract Recruitment is currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join our client's growing manufacturing team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that manufactures high-quality coaxial radio frequency products used within the defence and aerospace industries . Due to the nature of the products, quality, precision, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling coaxial radio frequency products to a high standard.
• Carrying out soldering, crimping, cable preparation, and assembly work.
• Printing and applying serial numbers to finished products.
• Inspecting finished goods against engineering drawings and work orders.
• Testing products where required.
• Following manufacturing processes and quality procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Previous soldering experience is essential and candidates must be confident using soldering equipment.
• Experience with cable assembly, crimping, or similar precision assembly work is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions and drawings.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to work to high-quality standards.
