Job Title: Manufacturing Operative
Location: Alcester
Hours: Monday to Friday 39 hours per week
Salary: £13.50 per hour
HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative in Alcester.
This is a hands-on shop-floor position and is being recruited as a direct replacement for an existing member of the production team. The successful candidate will work as part of the manufacturing team, supporting day-to-day pro duction and helping maintain the quality and output required by our customers.
The role would suit someone who wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing and is prepared to learn through practical involvement on the shop floor.
Main duties include:
• Working within the production environment
• Carrying out practical manufacturing and production activities
• Following established production instructions and processes
• Working to required quality and safety standards
• Supporting production colleagues to meet manufacturing requirements
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
We are looking for:
• Is practical and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Has a reliable approach to attendance and timekeeping
• Can follow production instructions accurately
• Works well as part of a manufacturing team
• Takes pride in producing work to the required standard
