Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse manufacturing processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, waste, and potential quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and document new or improved manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot process problems and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct capability studies and process validations to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Support the integration of new technologies and equipment into the manufacturing environment in Oxford .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and relevant CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
