Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, implement, and validate new production processes and equipment.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams to ensure seamless product introduction and scaling.
• Monitor process performance, collect data, and generate reports for management in the Portsmouth facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, focusing on process improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Experience with process simulation and data analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation.
