Manufacturing Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction.
• Design, test, and implement improved manufacturing methods, workflows, and equipment configurations.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production staff and quality teams to ensure adherence to process standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools for waste reduction.
• Experience with process simulation and data analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
