Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
- Design and implement new production methods, workflows, and equipment configurations to optimize throughput and quality.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with remote engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Utilize simulation and data analysis tools to model process changes and predict outcomes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering .
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
