Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on marine engines, gearboxes, generators, and associated systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues affecting vessel operations.
• Conduct refits and overhauls of marine machinery as required.
• Install new equipment and ensure its proper integration and functioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marine Engineer Technician or Marine Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, propulsion systems, and auxiliary marine equipment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical drawings.
• Relevant marine engineering qualifications or apprenticeship.
• Ability to work effectively in a marine environment, including on vessels.
