About the Role

This role is crucial for the planning, execution, and oversight of all marine activities related to offshore energy projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. You will be the central point of contact for vessel chartering, port operations, and marine logistics, working closely with project teams, vessel masters, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling, chartering, and mobilization of marine vessels for offshore operations.
• Ensure all marine operations comply with relevant maritime regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vessel owners, agents, and offshore personnel regarding marine logistics.
• Develop and implement marine operational procedures and contingency plans.
• Manage marine permits, licenses, and authorisations required for offshore activities.
• Oversee the logistical support for offshore personnel, including crew changes and supply runs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marine operations coordination, preferably within the offshore energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, vessel types, and offshore logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with vessel tracking systems and maritime communication protocols.
