Maritime Defence Growth & Partnerships Lead

Plextek is seeking a Defence Business Development Lead - Maritime to own the full sales lifecycle for defence campaigns, from market insight and account strategy through capture, proposal development, negotiation and long-term account growth.

The role requires credible technical and commercial engagement with military, government stakeholders and prime contractors, translating Plextek’s capabilities into winning customer propositions across RF, sensing, radar, EW and related domains.
