Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including digital platforms, CRM, and campaign reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and ROI.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in forecasting marketing performance and setting realistic targets.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results to improve website performance and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data analysis role.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is essential.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and common marketing metrics.
