About the Role

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Marketing Analyst to join their data-driven marketing department in Bristol . This role is essential for providing critical insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives. Working within our Bristol office, you will collaborate closely with various marketing teams to ensure our strategies are grounded in solid data, driving efficiency and maximizing return on investment. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and campaign platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team to optimize strategies and resource allocation.
• Assist in forecasting marketing performance and setting realistic targets.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing reporting systems.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst , Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign metrics.
• Must be able to work full-time in our Bristol office.
