About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute automated email marketing campaigns and nurture workflows using platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Manage and segment customer databases to ensure accurate targeting and personalization of communications.
• Develop and optimize landing pages and forms for lead capture and conversion.
• Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align automation strategies with overall campaign goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead scoring, and nurturing strategies.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template creation and editing.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
