Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models within the designated platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Segment customer databases for targeted and personalized marketing communications.
• Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns, optimizing for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to align automation strategies with campaign goals.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation, with hands-on experience managing a marketing automation platform.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in data segmentation and analysis, with experience using CRM systems.
