About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled and analytical Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team in Nottingham . This role is central to designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing processes and campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for leveraging marketing automation platforms to create sophisticated customer journeys, segment audiences, and track campaign performance. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated marketing workflows and customer journeys within the marketing automation platform.
- Manage and segment email lists and databases to support targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
- A/B test campaign elements to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze marketing automation campaign performance, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead scoring, lead nurturing, and campaign goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign automation best practices.
- Proficiency in email marketing, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
