Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and PR teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization and future strategies.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and agency partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in marketing campaign management, preferably within the arts or entertainment sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional media.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
