About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee all marketing campaign activities in Leeds . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed their strategic objectives, working closely with internal teams and external agencies in the heart of West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans, including objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing digital, print, events, and public relations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance against key metrics, analyze results, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts and campaign follow-up processes.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of complex marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
