Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve their strategic goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing principles and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, digital, sales) and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
- Develop campaign messaging, collateral, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide comprehensive reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for future campaign improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, email, and traditional media.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
