Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaign plans from conception to completion.
- Manage campaign budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring a strong return on investment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, digital) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign progress, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all campaign messaging and creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
