Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead their communications efforts from their office in Edinburgh, Scotland . This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and drive business growth. You will oversee all aspects of internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all touchpoints. This is a key leadership position for a seasoned communications professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies, including PR, advertising, social media, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing collateral, press releases, and digital content.
- Manage the company's public relations activities, building strong relationships with media contacts.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure all employees are informed and aligned with company goals.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with senior management to define brand messaging and ensure its consistent application across all platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful integrated communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of PR, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional storytelling abilities.
- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
